All Campagnolo components are serviced by a Campagnolo-trained mechanic, using jigs and spare parts supplied by the main Campagnolo Service Centre in Vicenza, Italy. Specialities include:

Over 4000 spare parts are available from stock, with spares orders arriving by air from the Central Service Centre in Italy on a weekly basis.
